Coral Springs Craft Guild
Coral Springs Bead and Jewelry Show
Online Vendor Application

The Coral Springs Craft Guild will sponsor a vendor Spring Craft Show on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012 at La Quinta Inn located at 3701 N. University Drive in Coral Springs.

We are proud to be offering premium craft shows in Coral Springs for the last 34 years. The Guild will advertise the show through local publications, venues and on-line, including a variety of event calendars.

The Show will be open to the public from 10 A.M - 5 P.M. Vendor setup will occur from 8:30 - 9:30 A.M. Vendor breakdown is from 5:00 - 6:00 P.M.

The following vendor space options are available (limited availability)

6x6 Vendor Space - $65 ea.
10x6 Vendor Space - $85 ea. (10 feet open towards public, 6 feet deep)
10x10 Vendor Space - $110 ea.
10x10 Corner Vendor Space - $125 ea.
Optional:
6 foot Table rental - $8 ea.
Electricity - $7 ea. space

Note: Each vendor is required to donate an item or item(s) of value totaling $15 or more for the CSCG fundraiser raffle. Each space will include 1 chair. Space sizes are approximate. Please read the rules on the next page for more details. All tables must be covered to the floor. Linens not provided.

This application should be accompanied with a good sampling of pictures of the products you will be selling at the event. Ensure the pictures show enough detail for the committee to accept your application. A picture of your booth setup would be helpful, but not required. Please signup online or submit this form, payment, pictures of your hand-made crafted items and a self-addressed envelope to the address below. Apply early, only a limited number of applicants in each category will be accepted. Preference will be given in the order received. No applications will be accepted after Saturday, June 16.Deadline extended! Just 1 space left! Apply Today!

General Release: The undersigned does hereby discharge, release and hold harmless, Coral Springs Craft Guild, Inc. and the associated event venue (all cities, property owners, and associations) and all co-sponsors from any and all manner of action, suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims, to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of the sponsors during the Coral Springs Bead & Jewelry Show (“the Craft Show”), and hereby consents to enforcement of all rules of this event. Furthermore, the undersigned artist/crafter/supplier hereby certifies that all display work is handcrafted and created by the show participant. Participant understands that any mass produced item on display can cause expulsion from the show. There will be no refunds or credits if the Craft Show is cancelled due to rain, floods, hurricanes, or any other forces of nature after logistics and advertising have been arranged! There will be no refunds on artist/crafter/supplier cancellations. Vendors are responsible for full payment of show fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event. CORAL SPRINGS CRAFT GUILD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY VENDOR CAUSING ANY PROBLEMS TO FELLOW VENDORS OR MANAGEMENT. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations set forth below may result in expulsion from any and/or all events. Coral Springs Craft Guild reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.

The undersigned understands that if the application is not accepted, all fees and slides will be returned by mail. If accepted Coral Springs Craft Guild has my permission to reproduce my artwork, through the slides and photographs I have submitted, for the purpose of advertising and marketing the Craft Show. Coral Springs Craft Guild has my permission to publish photographs or videos taken of my space, my work and me during the Craft Show for purposes related to promotion of the Craft Show, past or future. BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS!!!!

The Vendor will be called, mailed or emailed upon acceptance of your application and items. Vendors Terms and Conditions


• All Jewelry must be original, handcrafted, created and exhibited by the crafter and not mass produced resale items, and the approved crafter must be present at the event. Jewelry made from kits, imports and mass produced items will not be tolerated. This rule is strictly enforced.
• All Bead and Jewelry supply vendors must sell only the items listed on this application.
• All categories shall be reviewed, juried and screened prior to your acceptance. Any media NOT approved during the application process that appears in your space at the event will be removed.
• All applications require at least 3 photos or slides of your work, include each type of product clearly visible. We will not process your application without a photo/slide of work.
• Displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing. All tables / covers should be neat and drape close to the floor to all sides facing the public. Please store your items under the table(s). No tents permitted.
• Keep your assigned area clean at all times. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space before leaving the event. If your space is not cleaned after the Craft Show this could result in expulsion from future CSCG Shows.
• Your space must be manned at all times while the show is open to the public. The Coral Springs Craft Guild will have limited floaters if needed for short breaks.
• You may not harass, follow or shout at customers to get their attention.
• No burning of open fires or candles, no loud noise or music, and no alcoholic beverages are permitted.
• Dimensions of the space area are approximate and not to be altered.
• You shall not obstruct the free flow of pedestrians at any time.
• Vendor and representatives must wear proper attire; this is a family friendly event.
• You shall not engage in any conduct which might interfere with or impede the use of any other facilities of the venue by other parties or create a disturbance, attract attention or harass, annoy, disparage or be detrimental to any of the vendors.
• Vendor is not allowed to bring dogs and other animals to the event. Children under the age of 15 must be under supervision at all times.
• The vendor agrees to conduct business only within the confines of their space.
• Vendors, who are not accepted or where more Vendors have applied than availability allows, will be returned their payment in full.
• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED SHOWS! However, a credit will be issued to your account if you notify the Coral Springs Craft Guild in writing either by mail or e-mail 30 days or more before the event. If the Vendor cancels with less than 30 days before the event there will be no refund. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS TERM AND CONDITION.
• Vendors are required to be setup and open on time. Vendors agree not to breakdown until 5:00 pm regardless of weather conditions or turn out as early breakdown is disruptive and rude to other vendors.
• After the contract is accepted, space fee is non-refundable. Space is reserved upon notification via email or phone after receipt of your application, payment and acceptance of items.
• Vendors are responsible for all necessary and appropriate sales tax licenses and permits, and collecting and remitting to the appropriate governmental authorities. All applicable electrical, fire, and health department regulations and all city, county, and state and federal laws must be complied with.
• The Coral Springs Craft Guild has the right to limit the number of vendors in specific categories.
• Vendor agrees that the Coral Springs Craft Guild has the right to publish photos of them taken at the event.
• The Coral Springs Craft Guild reserves the right to ask you to leave for inappropriate behavior. You shall at all times provide sufficient supervision and maintain adequate control of your assigned area, members, guests or invitees.
• The Coral Springs Craft Guild reserves the right to ask you to remove merchandise from your display if we deem it is inappropriate for family viewing. If the Coral Springs Craft Guild shall deem the use of the common area objectionable, at its sole discretion, it may, without any notice whatsoever, terminate your rights to be at the property. All such persons shall immediately remove themselves from the event.
• A $35 bank fee will be charged on all returned checks. Declined credit cards incur a $25.00 fee (after third failed attempt-attempts will be made three (3) days apart). The payment amount plus the fee is then payable with a money order, cashier’s check or cash. The fee may be higher with international checks.
• Set-Up: Please pick up vendor packet the date of the event BEFORE you set up.
• Phone Lines: No phone lines available.
• Internet: Wifi is available. (connectivity not guarranteed)
• Sharing: THERE IS NO SUBLETTING. Booths may be SHARED, but only if approved in advance by Coral Springs Craft Guild. There must be signed contracts for all participants, with the main contact specified, who will be solely responsible for all payments and paperwork.
• Setup and Breakdown times are strictly enforced. (See Page 1 for times).

Please comply with all rules and regulations. Violators of any of these rules will be asked to leave premises immediately. CORAL SPRINGS CRAFT GUILD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE FINAL INTERPRETATIONS OF ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS. PLEASE READ THE GENERAL RELEASE ABOVE BEFORE CONTINUING.
